When is my package shipped?
We strive to ship your package as quickly as possible. It does take time to process your request and pack your shipment. Subscriptions take four to six weeks to process. Products shipped using "Standard Service" take 7-10 days to process. Products shipped using "Express Service" take two days to process and pack and are shipped overnight.

What are the shipping costs?
Domestic shipping and handling are included in the product price.

What are my shipping options?
The Medical Letter offers two levels of service for shipments:
  1. Standard Service
  2. Express Service

U.S. and Canada:
Standard (7-10 business days to process plus 3-5 days shipping time) no additional charge
Express (Two days to process and mailed overnight): $25 additional charge for order.

International Destinations other than Canada:
Standard (7-10 business days to process plus 7-10 days shipping time): $25 additional charge per item.
Express (Two days to process plus two days shipping): $45 additional charge per item.
